  • What is the difference between Precision and other detailers?

    At Precision Detailing NY, we take a customer-focused approach to car detailing. Our team of skilled professionals takes the time to understand your specific needs and concerns. With over a decade of experience in the industry, we've honed our skills and are well-equipped to handle a variety of vehicles, from cars to boats and even planes. We use top-of-the-line products and advanced techniques to ensure you receive the highest quality service.

  • Do I need to give the detailer access to water or electricity? 

    No! Our team will arrive equipped to complete the service using our own water and electricity. 

  • Do I need to be present before, during, or after the service?

    In most cases, our customers are present upon our arrival to hand us the keys to the vehicle, then afterwards to review our work and get their car keys back. We prefer handing each client their car keys for safety and quality assurance purposes, but understand this isn't always an option. In these cases, we ask that you contact our team for assistance.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    Scheduling an appointment is simple through our website. Go to the 'Book Now' section, select the package that suits your needs, choose your preferred date and time, and fill out your contact and vehicle information. Alternatively, you can give us a call at (555) 555-5555, and we'll be happy to assist you.

  • How do I pay for the service?

    Payment can be made directly through our website when you book your service. We accept all major credit cards. If you prefer to pay in cash, please let us know in advance so that we can accommodate your request.

  • How can I tip the detailer?

    Our detailers are trained to provide the best service to our customers and work hard to ensure you're satisfied. We encourage tipping our detailers and have made it easy to do so via cash in person, or tipping in advance during checkout. 

  • How far in advance can I schedule a service?

    Our system allows our customer's to schedule months in advance. We advise booking ahead of time to ensure availability, as we operate on a "first come, first served" basis.

  • I'm not sure which package to choose, who can I ask for help?

  • What do I need to have ready when the detailer arrives?

    We ask for enough space to detail your car, without disrupting other cars. That's it! We bring our own water, electricity, and supplies! 

  • How does cancellation/rescheduling work?

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Do you have a satisfaction policy?

    At Precision Detailing NY, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service. If you're not completely satisfied with your detailing service, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment, and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
